Concentration Measuring and Controlling Device of ITO Etching Liquid

The device measures the concentration of free hydrochloric acid and iron in the ferric chloride-based ITO etching solution, and controls the concentration of free hydrochloric acid and iron within a set concentration range, thereby greatly reducing the amount of etching liquid and ensuring processing quality.

1. Aiming at various etchant analysis tests in the industry, it has the technical ability to monitor most etchants, and successfully achieved a cost savings of about 3/4 in Cost down.

With the ability to cooperate with the customer’s production management at any time, it can meet the transformation needs of the etchant type change, and can switch the production technology management mode at any time, greatly saving the cost of later technological transformation (such as time, manpower, material cost, etc.).
